- OSB Web – 300mm high pieces attached to studs @ 900mm with a depth of 330mm
- CLS Stud – 63mm
- CLS 63mm horizontal @600mm spacings
- Vapour control membrane
- OSB 18mm
- Fermacell -10mm
Space from 4 to 9 will be filled with insulation giving a U value = 0.1
At the base the outer studd will sit on a masonary wall and the inner on the concrete raft.
